Administration Manager

Jasmaine (Jas) Shelton joined Assett Group Services as a Works Co-ordinator in 2019 and, in 2021, was promoted to a team leadership role.

In 2022, her proficiency, expanded skill set, and commitment, was rewarded by elevation to her current role as Assett’s Administration Manager.

These subsequent promotions built on the solid foundation her earlier Assett roles had cemented in, for example, the speed-based precision allocation of high volumes of work order requests, and the proficient overseeing of their execution in the field.

In her current role as Administration Manager, she is responsible for the close supervision of budgets, timeframes, resources, and quality requirements. She oversees the path, and ensures the resolution of, any issues directed to our attention by the client or any other parties. She provides support to, and ensures the performance of, individual Works Co-ordinators, trades staff, and subcontractors. Her work involves data monitoring, target tracking, and support in the mitigation of risks identified by senior management.

She has a widely varied background in accounts administration, logistics control and co-ordination (including fleets), and holds a Bachelor of Communication from the University of Western Sydney.
