Ray Xerri is Assett Group Services’ Senior Project Manager.

Ray has been with Assett for nine of his 22 years in the construction and maintenance industry.

He has extensive experience in Major Projects construction management, with specific service in the fields of Social Housing, insurance repairs, and commercial works. His experience also includes remedial work, refurbishments, and maintenance for private residential housing and strata complexes.

He has strong awareness of compliance requirements in WHS, including creating site safety management plans, conducting project risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to Safe Work Method Statements.

Ray’s role involves the procurement of subcontractors, and the supervision and mentoring of on-site trade personnel, apprentices, and other members of Assett’s field force.

He is a qualified Machinist/Cabinet Maker/Joiner and holds a Bonded Asbestos Removal Certificate. He has his General Construction Induction Course White Card.
