Stephen (Steve) Napoli is Assett Group Service’s General Manager, a position he was promoted to in 2015, following two years (2013 to 2015) as the company’s Operations Manager.

Steve has a total-to-date of 39 years in the construction and maintenance industry, 23 of these specialising in residential housing maintenance in the Social Housing sector.

These tallies have included a tenure of 11 years as General Manager for a Housing New South Wales head contractor multi-trade maintenance company. As part of that latter role, he developed numerous employment programs for indigenous Australians and other Social Housing sector tenant groups.

His management experience also includes local, regional, and national-level school maintenance contracts.

Meanwhile, his background also encompasses extensive management experience in pure construction environments.

Among his many qualifications and certifications are his Cert. IV Building and Construction, Assoc. Diploma Fire Technology, Licensed Plumber, Diploma in Building and Construction, Cert. IV Business Management, Diploma in Management and Leadership, and certification as a Lead Auditor.
